Client’s rights while getting services through Ultimate Care Services
- You are welcome to withdraw your service if you are not satisfied.
- You are welcome to use our complaint box if you feel like your rights are being violated and or the service is unsatisfactory
- Your health record will be kept confidential unless you sign the released of information (ROI) for someone you trust.
- You are treated with respect, dignity, and care.
- You are informed that smoking/chewing nicotine and drinking alcohol is prohibited while receiving the care .
- 911 will be called during a medical emergency, including fire.
- You will be terminated from receiving services if you threaten ( verbally or physically).
